BUILDING BEGINS WITH CLARITY.

Renovation
that runs in order.

We survey your building, put the work in the right sequence and carry it out – with one point of contact from the first survey to final handover.

Getting started

Services

Six areas we carry out ourselves. More often than not, several of them are connected – which is why we always look at the building as a whole.

Process

How we work

Before we prepare a quotation, we look at the building. Anything else would be guesswork.

Listen

What you are planning, what bothers you, what you expect. And what you expressly do not want.

Understand

We look at the building – envelope, systems, condition. Only then do we talk about measures.

Structure

Sequence, dependencies, budget. In writing, so you can read it in your own time.

Decide

Options with their consequences – including the uncomfortable ones. You decide, we explain.

Execute

Fixed dates, one point of contact, a tidy site. At the end, a final handover with nothing left open.

Workmanship

Luftdichter Fensteranschluss im Makro-Panorama: Anschlussband und Dichtstofffuge vor hellem Putz im streifenden Sonnenlicht

The parts you never see again.

Sealed airtight all the way round. This is where most damage would otherwise begin – years later, and from the inside.

The insulation runs right up to the frame. A one-centimetre gap wastes more energy than three extra centimetres of insulation save.

Documented before strip-out. You never quite know beforehand what lies under the render.

Before we put numbers on anything, we look at the building.

For straightforward projects, one visit is enough. For complex ones we go deeper – envelope, systems, sequence.

Afterwards you receive an assessment you can put to use even without us.

Questions

Common questions

What owners most often ask us before the first appointment.

We cannot responsibly give you a figure here – and anyone who does is guessing. Two houses of the same age and size can be worlds apart, because under the render sit two entirely different walls. What really drives the price is the condition of the existing building, the scope and the sequence of the work – not a per-square-metre rate from a brochure. That is why we look at the building before we calculate anything. After the building survey you receive a reliable figure instead of an estimate.

Replacing the windows in a family house: one to two days per room. A facade: three to six weeks, depending on the weather. A modernisation in several stages can stretch over a year – we plan that together in advance rather than discovering it along the way.

Usually, yes. Windows are replaced room by room, facade and roof work happens outside. It gets difficult when it is your only bathroom – for that, we plan an interim solution. With a complete renovation, we honestly advise against it.

We tell you which measures are eligible for funding in principle, and in which sequence that makes sense. For us, that is part of the building survey.

Depending on the programme, the application itself is submitted by an energy consultant. We work with a small number of consultants we have known for years and whose work we can vouch for – and we make the introduction. If you already have a consultant, we work with yours in just the same way.

We deliberately do not quote specific funding rates or amounts on this website. They change several times a year, and an outdated figure helps no one.

Our core area is Bavaria: Augsburg, Aichach-Friedberg, Greater Munich, the Allgäu, the Ulm area and the Tegernsee region.

If your town is not on that list, ask anyway – for larger projects we travel further. Short distances, though, are the reason we can keep our appointments.

Contact

Let’s talk about your project.

The initial consultation is no-obligation. If we are not the right partner for your project, we will tell you so.

What happens after your enquiry

  1. A reply within 24 hours on working days.
  2. A short phone call – is the project a good fit for us?
  3. An on-site visit with a building survey.
